Got creativity? Use it to produce a "new and improved" book title, book cover art, or book ending. Bring it to Chester County Library's Teen Event on Friday, October 28th, from 4:00-5:30 pm. This is a FREE event, and snacks will be served. A panel of librarians will judge your entries, and winners in each category will receive a gift card to Barnes & Noble.
